The seminar on teachers? professional stress management was held at the school premises in the afternoon of Monday 22 December 2014 and was attended by 22 teachers. T

he speakers, Psychologists, Ms Vasia Iosifidou, BA, MSc, and Ms Avra Vazaiou, BA, MSc, approached the subject from various angles using a variety of methodology tools. The participants exchanged views on the subject in particularly friendly atmosphere and worked efficiently within their working groups. The participants left equipped with an effective suggestion-technique that will enable them to cope with teachers? professional stress.

This was the first of a series of seminars on various subjects to be held during the current school year in three different schools, namely Ralleio Lykeio, 1st General Lyceum of Pireas and Kallipoli General Lyceum.
